This corporate keynote/training package is what Gary Xavier calls "Wisdom Training." Wisdom is competence to the realities of life. And if wisdom requires competence, then it requires constant training. It is not enough to work hard and do the right thing. Sometimes we still fail even though we did everything we could. Sometimes the "right thing" at the wrong time ruins everything. It is not enough to simply rely on your temperament. You can't just think that if you're wired for anxiety that the whole world should revolve around that. No, we must be wise. We need to know when to speak and when not to. We need to know when to counsel and when to demand. We need to know how to manage emotions like anger and make use of them. We need to be wise.
Gary Xavier volunteered for one of the most grueling infantry schools in all the armed forces, Marine Scout Sniper School. He failed the school two times, which meant he had to go through the excruciating "Hell Week" evolution three times. Gary created this presentation to strike at the hearts of each individual contributor in your organization, so they begin to truly revalue who they are and the work they do. This is not a presentation for the easily offended or the hard of heart. This is a presentation for organizations who push their workers to self-reflect and discover more about their contribution.
Following this presentation, your workers and leaders will know how to do daily self-surgery and recovery, so the mission of your organization can be fulfilled.
WHAT IS WISDOM & WHY DO WE NEED IT?

KINDNESS IS THE TRUE HUMAN SUPERPOWER
Gary speaks with a non-profit organization called Think Kindness who's sole purpose is to inspire measurable acts of kindness in schools and communities across the country and the world.
Each year, the organization's founder, Brian WIlliams, Gary and Mike Petrone speak to over 40,000 students to see who can become the 'Kindest School in the Country.'
Your school will experience the '15 Days of Kindness' challenge that has seen over a 32% reduction in bullying related incidents and a 50% improvement in positive culture perception across schools visited.
