JUNE 2-4, 2017
This landing page is created for the guides and attendees of Jaime's Surprise Bachelor trip. This three-day two-night trip into the gorgeous North State Lake Almanor district of California is being led by two experienced and professional guides from Captain Matt Leak's Guide Service. Phil and Matt have taken great care to ensure we have an enjoyable and safe time. Below you'll find a working packing list, which you can put the items you have and the items you don't have. Some items our guides can provide. These items are marked. Some items are for you to get, which are also marked. Please bookmark this landing page, so you can find your way back here again. I'm so glad we are doing this for Jaime. He may hate us during it, but he will love us after its over and more importantly, his wife will love him more after this...possibly:)

As you can tell, this is not your average bachelor event. I feel it is our job as groomsmen to deliver Jaime back to Christine a better man than how we found him, but I'm willing to bet Christine will take him just as he was, so we don't want him or anyone to get hurt. Safety in this trip will be more prominent than in other bachelor events. So here are some things to think about:
No Whining - I'm not worried about you guys. Yes, we will be hiking. Yes, we will sweat. Yes, we will get wet. Yes, we will make a memory.
Hydrate - When in doubt, bring and drink more water. Enough saidLiquor - Be smart and don't mix with hiking or firearms (All guns will be locked in Cpt. Matt's truck when we start drinking in camp). Equipment - ask questions about what you think you're missing. Better to be warm than freezing all night long and while I like you all, I'm not spooning unless you ask like a gentlemen:)
Communicate - Tell someone where you are going and how long you'll be gone. Give them our phone numbers. Enjoy - We are going to be in some of the most beautiful country in this country. Really enjoy this time in nature with fellow men. Let's have a blast!
